Our strength is that we are run by a wholesaler that specializes in wagyu.
That is why we can offer wagyu with many awards to its name,
rare cuts included.
We are strict about quality,

Matsusaka, Kobe, Yonezawa, Saga and Sendai beef,

We do not only bid at auctions. We also actively buy calves,
and this consistent approach is the secret behind our quality wagyu.
The calves are raised with care by 渡部畜産 in Yamagata, a designated Yonezawa beef retailer with certificate number 01.
